Now, I'm totally shaken

Here's what happened. Please read the following spoken into dragon while working this morning about 30minutes ago. I haven't cleaned it up . Notice the first word.

"Lucas members of the military are still dying in Iraq, even as the US is drawing down its presence there. 24 have been killed in Iraq so far this year. In Afghanistan the US death toll this year has topped 150.
One of those was staff Sgt. Edward Mills Junior. He was 29 years old and one of six soldiers who died last Thursday in Kandahar province by an improvised explosive device.
Sgt. Mills was from New Castle, Pennsylvania, where his younger brother remembered him as a natural born leader."

Now, when I first start a new document, it takes a few moments for the words to start appearing on the monitor. By the time I spoke "his younger brother remembered him as a natural born leader," it started typing and the first word was "Lucas" before it started with what I actually spoke - "Members..."

I was wondering, after yesterday and the happenings of the past month, who is Lucas. So I went to search who this fallen soldier is and found this: "In addition to his uncle, Mills is survived by his mother, Kathie L. Greenawalt; father, Edward Mills; stepfather, Jeff Greenawalt; brothers Jarod Mills and Lucas Greenawalt; and stepsister Tiffany Cast. Luckily, my husband arrived a few minutes after and talked me down. Well, I've got to get back to work.

on edit: We have vets in the family and my late FIL was a great Marine who braved 3 wars including a tour in Vietnam he didn't have to endure in order to spare one of his sons of duty, so I have to admit the story itself before I started to work on it saddened me. I have no connection to this family and I don't even know a Lucas.

I grew up in Pittsburgh, and I think there are several who still live in that area.

For some reason, I find that potentially significant as well.

4. Yes, darling. My husband reminded me

of all the vets in the family, especially those who've past or were killed during wars. So this is particularly poignant right now. Here's a family's immediate suffering that we have to remember and send comfort to especially on this day. I've included him and his family in our possible trip to Ft. Rosecrans in remembrance today.

on edit: maybe this is also what that "will" message meant---you are obviously emotionally tied to this issue, so of course that would add some "oomph" to helping whoever it is use Dragon to get a message to this side.

11. Okay, WolverineDG, Be careful what

you ask for :D I like contact but not so directly. Definitely out of my comfort zone. I didn't even ask for the dragon - it was my brother who took pity on me and got it for me as a XMas present.

I really do think the "will" of yesterday had to do with the "Lord of the Rings" that everyone was sending.

I'm definitely emotionally tied on this day in particular and my defenses are down.

Coincidentally, the 4th segment I did was about President Obama in Joplin. He told the story of a young man named Christopher Lucas, a real hero. A 26year old dad and manager at a Pizza Hut, who held a door shut with over 12 people inside while the tornado raged around him. I was so hoping he survived but he did not. He was sucked out into the storm, saving all those lives.

That Lucas just did me in :cry: :cry: :cry:

13. KoB, you are a channel for the Divine Cosmic Dragons everywhere

I read about your dealings yesterday and wanted to take part but I have become extremely busy. I know it can be unsettling, however, you are a strong and powerful woman and I have no doubts that you can endure this phenomenon. I also think that perhaps since you have had a NDE that that could play a role somehow, something to consider.

Now I too want the Dragon, I'll have to figure out how to get one into my house!

Of course I would have to indicate to it, if there is to be any Automatic Writing please be kind and supply me with poetry, perhaps you can request the same from the Dragon (damn this Dragon needs a name) :rofl:


Let me know if you guys continue with experiments. I'll take part, however, I'm not a Facebook kid, so I wouldn't be able to participate if you decide to go that route.
