so, my nephew just had a baby

The little girl was born within a few hours of the summer solstice.......does that mean anything special? My daughter said she would have named her Summer. After seeing 500 days of Summer, I disagree, LOL. Just wondered if being born on the solstice has meaning apart from the regular astrological things.

1. Well, it's a great birthday. Gemini-Cancer cusp is one of my favorites.

I have a friend born on that cusp. He is the perfect blend of Gemini intellectual and Cancer nurturer.

Thanks. I just found out that she was in labor for 30 hours. Fought a c-section the whole time. They were close to doing one and finally, success! Almost ten pounds, and the mom is petite!
