Alrighty. I took a risk for myself today.

Not a big risk, just a recommitment to some life improvement projects that have been stagnating for a while. I had to let go of more safe, comfortable options to do this, however, and it does not feel like the kind of thing that's going to pay off right away. My instincts were telling me to give it one last shot, though, so I did, despite that uncomfortable feeling.
