I've got a question for you knowledgeable folks here.

I have been seeing sparkles or twinkling lights in my vision Field the last couple of days.
Does anyone here on ASAH know what they are? or what it means?:shrug:

I get that on anf off occasionally. But it started last night and this morning it happened quite frequently. It's flash of light in the corner of my vision. I have to start paying attention to when and what is going on when it happens. My mind is a liitle more active than usual with all this craziness going on

2. It might just mean

you need to see a retina specialist. I am not trying to be funny. I have a condition that requires laser surgery several times a year. I see these flashes in my side vision for months after.

Those light flashes could be "floaters" and could signal the possibility of a detached retina. I urge you to see an optometrist, who, if necessary, could refer you to a specialist.

3. Couple thoughts

My first thought for a "physical" reason - try taking some really deep breaths throughout the day. I find that when I have alot going on I sometimes forget to breathe deeply and do a lot of shallow breathing. I finally notice when I see "twinkles" of light and end up kind of light headed. I'm not sure if it is that I need more oxygen or what, but I also experience this.

On a spiritual level - you could be being opened up to clairavoyancy (clear seeing). Notice when it happens and what is going on around you and what you are thinking of. Pay attention to any signs that might go along with the perception of tiny lights.

Hope that helps! I especially get strange stuff in my field of vision when I'm up in an airplane!

I don't think its physical.....Though.... How would I know I was havin a stroke when I've never had a stroke before? LOL!
HMMMMM "Clear seeing" I will stop and see what is going on around me and what i'm doing and thinkin next time it happens.

4. 2 things

1. You may be starting to see past this reality to another. I've heard of that starting that way.
2. You may (like I did once) be having non-painful optical migraines. Once I stopped drinking Pepsi, mine went away.

But hey if you were going to get Migraines the painless ones would be the way to go.

I've noticed this too. Something is definitely going on. Be sure to read Lauren Gorgo's latest energy update I posted. She mentions something about seeing lights. I agree with Rick, that we are starting to see/sense other dimensions. That's my gut feeling too.

8. Are they like...

Little white sparkles that spin in and out of your vision? If so, I think I've seen the same thing as you for quite some time now. They're especially noticeable when looking at the sky (and when I don't have my glasses on).

It's very easy to see when looking at the sky or looking at something with the sky as a background. It looks sort of like tiny squiggly pieces of sparkly lint.

9. I'm in agreement with others. My recent experiences though

of late, are odd...

I am starting to see shadows or whiter shades around things, not always. I wonder what is happening???

I usually have to focus then soften my gaze to see the white smokey energy layer hovering around the body but these last couple of days I can just see without even trying or thinking about it even on my crystals,plants animals. :shrug: :hug:

I've seen auras before but I havent had experience with these flashes of twinkle lights before.
