I am really quite enjoying my cheap (NatureMade) liquid vitamins. |
|
Well, to be more precise, they are 'liquigels.' I bought them at an evil discount store to see if they were really all that lacking in comparison to my ultra-spendy, gluten free organic multivites from the nat/organic store I go to.
I had to mow a HUGE lawn on Sunday, with a frightening behemouth of a mower. I expected to feel like crap the next day, as has historically been the case after I do excess yardwork.
Nope. No real morning after. Nice, eh? The only real change in my diet has been the new vitamin, so I'm chocking it up to that. Only like $4 a bottle (for 75 tablets) where I bought them--amazing, no? I have tried liquid vitamins before and been unimpressed, but I am happy with this batch.

1. I'll keep those in mind |

That's good to know. As expensive as everything is getting these days people need lists of things they can cut corners on and not sacrifice too much quality.
