Tuesday night, a quick Grand Cross, in the late evening. |
|
Here we go again, but it's real quick. Talk about moody.
Moon opposite Pluto, Uranus opposite Venus, Two moody planets: Venus and the Moon. All in a cross.
Once again, the idea is to dig deep (Pluto) to find out what could be causing emotional tides. This one is impossible to reason through. It's all intuitive. In other words, do what you want to do without feeling like you have to defend it. Certainly, don't fly off of the handle, but this is THE transit to get over toxic relationships purely because you are not happy.
Period.
I've been coaching a man who has been very unhappily married to a very critical Virgo for many years. He has TRIED everything to make things "good" except purely listening to his heart. He moved out yesterday and into his own apt. and called me today. A sample.
This is not all about breakups though. It's mainly about getting your emotional life in order so you're happy. Pluto brings us the courage to face our emotional issues. Same old song, eh? It is what it is. Good luck.

1. Another wonderful, and timely |
|
little nudge you have given us, but it doesn't sound so little, and the heart of it all rings so true. Just before reading this, I felt a twinge in my heartscape about the breakup that really hasn't happened yet physically.

it's really rough, though. i went through some really horrible times in college (miscarriage, being jilted by a fiance, my mom dying suddenly, on top of being treated like a persona non grata/scapegoat in the theater department to the extent I just quit & walked away) & I just buried a lot of those memories out of self-preservation.

I just wanted to tell you that you are not alone in horrible memories from college, fully equipped with various kinds of flashbacks and reminders. Those were terrible years for me. I don’t have one friend from that time, not one. I was in the arts as well, I majored in music. Where I encountered some of the most cunningly nasty, two dimensional people I’ve ever known.

6. Well that explains my tear-stained pillow from the other night |
|
Sunday night, I think it was. I just was all overcome with different fears and major anxiety, and that is NOT like me. I tried to get to the bottom of it, and all I could come up with was that it felt like I was waiting for the other shoe to drop. Nothing is going on in my life right now--nothing at all--so I should be enjoying the peace and quiet, but instead I started freaking out over stuff that COULD happen and wondering WHEN something awful was going to happen. Yeesh. :eyes: :banghead:

10. "getting your emotional life in order so you're happy" |
|
Edited on Wed Sep-21-11 10:27 AM by get the red out
My friend said once again "this is supposed to be fun" when we got to the parking lot leaving the dog park last night, but yet again it wasn't. This time it hit home. I will NOT keep putting myself in a position to have non-stop worry trying to do something as basic as play with my dog. If other owners won't try to control their misbehaving canines I can move on and just not have to deal with that. I don't have to do this, I had the realization last night. I was driving myself nuts with worry, NUTS! My dog can get her outings in other ways and be just as happy, if not more.
Some realizations sound simple but they're not.

11. Crikey! I've been getting whomped... |
|
Rick, I *just* figured out after dropping the kids off this morning that it is that Pluto thing hitting ALL aspects of my life. that thing about thinking I am a consummate fuck-up
..no matter how 'good' things seem to be going... I feel inadequate and like it is just a matter of time before everyone figures out I am really a flake or stupid and don;t know what I am doing...
My career sector must be firing - did this big news story and it generated interest and now there's tow big follow ups that people want to do with me...big break journalistically kinda stuff. But because I have to give it so much brain power and i am feeling overwhelmed by the LITTLE stuff in other aspects of my life and career, I am shying away from the opportunity! I have my gig with Lucie, long time client, friend, therapist, etc...and i fucked up and missed a deadline for her yesterday because i couldn't find a disc...that was stuffed in a notebook and surfaced this morning as i was digging for something else...
scattered, falling behind, all of this is stuff I deal with CONSTANTLY along with a nagging inadequacy...
and that's just the work stuff, add to that my housing went up another $300 bucks, so I obviously have to find another freelance gig... (when?)
and the housekeeping and cooking are the last thing I want to do when i am swapmed
and forget the health stuff, though I feel chronically run down and know i need to exercise and eat better, but the spiral continues to drag me down.
like sisyphus, rolling the rock up the hill only to see it roll down again for eternity...
and I feel so fucking Ill-equipped right now... I need a hug

17. I have your chart information from before and... |
|
I noticed that transiting Jupiter is quincunx your natal Uranus. The paragraph below is what I found on-line. It's for a specific house placement, so that will color it differently, but I thought it might help you to see what it says at least for this particular house placement. Please also note that transiting Jupiter is retrograde, so it will change the energy as well. Someone with more astrological experience would have to say what the retrograde part would do. Anyway, here it is:
TRANSITING JUPITER QUINCUNX NATAL URANUS (6th House to 11th House) Exact Feb 15 2009 It is out with the old and in with the new during this transit. You are letting go of goals and personal visions in order to take a new path. This could be difficult or it could be exciting, depending on the attitude which you are able to adopt during this topsy-turvy time.
I'm sure that there are many other things going on for you astrologically as well, but I personally think that quincunxes with less than a one degree orb are very powerful.
Surrender.

21. Here is my interpretation of Jupiter retro. |
|
@ 9º taurus it was 4º from conjunct my Sun. it is trine T Pluto, in my 7th house. In the past until the '89 recession & I moved......the public has always been my partner. Their support $, & recognition, admiration, ongoing employment, ( free lance) enabled the growth & development, of my artwork. Partnering with them to produce a commission that they loved. With Jupiter®, I was informed Tues, that I hadn't gotten the grant I applied for back in May. I will have to wait until Jup. goes direct and then approaches that conjunction with my sun...in the spring of '12, to gain the recognition & $ to support more comfortably; my painting activity. With T Saturn in Libra, opposed my Mercury, & then Saturn in Aries; it means having to BALANCE "chop wood & carry water" all winter with finding the time for painting. ( & paint I must because I will need those paintings next spring, when opportunity knocks! ( Saturn rewards those who prepare!) Not looking forward to it! It takes a lot of time to keep the woodstove going! Not to mention snow shoveling! With increased recognition & sales, I could plan to do several months of a painting workshop in a warmer climate, next winter. I did sow seeds of connection, while talking to the Asst. Dir of the Arts Commission, inviting him to stay during next summers biggest art events. He accepted, having too small a salary to stay at a motel.

22. Thanks for sharing your experience of Jupiter retrograde, rucognizant. |

Good luck to you! Aren't we lucky that we have an understanding of astrology to help us decide the best course of action? It sounds as though you've got a great plan, although it will require you to think long-range for a while.

20. I worked all day; my co-worker's brother in law passed away. |

I'm thinking if I was off all night with my husband, we would have def had issues... The next day we were car shopping and we were sooo cross with one another. On Thursday, we were better, back on the same page and decided on a car...
I'm a gemini, he's a cancer.. and sometimes its tough!!! Especially, since I can't ever seem to make up my mind and its I change and think fast. My husband's poor head is literally ping-ponging back and forth trying to find the direction that will make me "happy" and work out. I'm always trying to make sure I try to be sensitive about my words... He takes them to heart a lot longer than they are thrown out of my mouth. Oil and water sometimes.. On the other hand, I've got a no-pushover sense of right, and he's got a silver tongue to smooze the world with.. so when we are together facing a problem together, we work well in that manner.
