Well I, for one, had a most fantastic, phantasmagorical (sp?) group meditation today. We chanted live "AH" with sacred tones, as others tuned in with their microphones all across the world. www.templeofsacredsound.org
I can't possibly accurately describe the energy I felt physically and emotionally during this wonderful session of meditation at exactly 11:11!!! Whew!.. goosebumps to put it lightly. There was also a film by Gregg Braden, and SO much more!

1. I listened to the "Ah" channel for about ten minutes today

before lunch, and it relaxed me immensely! I'm about to open it up again and try it with my mic this time (I was at work before) and see how it goes. As far as I know, this is going on all day, unless I've missed what you participated in?
