Some ponderings about (spiritual) priorities. |
|
As some of you know, I had some tough challenges come into my life this past summer, cooinciding with Saturn's third pass over my natal Pluto.
I feel like this was a big turning point, moved me into a new space emotionally, and was generally beneficial. But now...
...I sort of feel like I'm done. With big challenges, that is. I'm sort of sitting here going, "That's it for this year. Possibly next year, too. No more self-imposed 'personal change.'"
Is this normal? I just feel sort of apathetic about dealing with anymore significant challenges. The most significant thing I want to "deal with" for the foreseable future is whether or not to move to another state. And that's it.

1. I would say that is normal |
|
Especially since it describes me most of the time. If you need to make big sweeping changes, the universe will most likely signal it. And, then you can change.......or not.

2. From my experience, it sounds normal. I think we're meant to hang out on a |
|
plateau for a while, assimilating the changes we've made, getting used to them as they become part of us. Kind of like wearing new shoes til they're comfy and part of you. The plateau sounds right for you right now--it sounds like you've been through/accomplished big changes--you deserve the "down time"!

I know we have lulls and high energy times of change. maybe the season has something to do with it too?
For myself, I'm just about to hit 42 (lol, the answer! yes!)and while this post-surgery time is about healing and laying low...there is another big push just on the horizon i can barely see it coming, but it's there just the same.
A friend and i were just talking the other night about self-improvement being something that you can't just turn off. It's like once we are awake, we can't help but see the lessons and feel the waves ...and I could never understand how people can go through life never questioning... but that may be a totally different issue.
maybe the lessons don't have to be so BIG though? right? Moving into a time of relaxed change can be interesting too...remind your guides to keep it gentle and i bet you could have a really good coast for a while...
