the country, itself, and the head of state, which in this case is ambush, it will naturally affect all the people of the country to a greater or lesser degree, depending on your own personal chart. For example, for all the harm he's done, ambush has had a lot of Jupiter protecting him so it has emboldened him to do greater harm, which has been hurting so many of us, our economy, our prestige in the world and our very soul as a nation. Now, predictions are that his time to pay the piper is coming but the process may be so devastating that many people will be, again, hurt. Were any these people so influenced by Neptune that they drank the Kool-Aid he was offering and allowed him in, not once but twice? If so they have a reckoning coming to them too, as the scales fall from their eyes, for their sight needs to be restored. What about the people who saw him for what he was and fought him every step of the way? It will most likely be hard on us too, especially if the economy tanks, our loved ones are hurt etc. The hard answer is that sometimes sacrifice is necessary for the greater good, and, in my belief, we all decided to be here at this very time, we are needed and there is a reason for us being in this place in time besides paying the mortgage. And really, without all of our voices, even greater harm and devastation could have been done. Also, it is a meta-physical belief that even out of evil good can rise. History shows that even in the worst of times, there are people who do well. In the depression, the arts did very well and were highly creative.
Also using astrology, we have the potential to take protective measures, as there are generally warning to harmful events. The trick is pinning them down, which is why there is so much discussion, because it's all interpretive.
Anyway, this is my take. And I am, like you a novice at determining what the stars say, so I read, gather all the info again and try to form a "consensus" opinion for myself. There is a thread here on astrology 101, which is a good place to start.
