The world is our responsibility.
I am not responsible for this world it was here before I was born, it will be here when I am dead.
The ascension is our responsibility.
To ascend means you are moving away from something else.If "Good" or "the light" is all the same one being/force, than what the hell is there to "ascend" TO? Or ascend away FROM?
Did you ever think about the meanings and flawed logic in statements you say?
For me choice wasn't part of being born here.My parents had sex, I was made a prisoner here. I remember how I got here I don't have to tell myself lies to pretty up a pig..I was captured and forced into a fetus. There was NO CHOICE for me.I fought but could not escape..
I am NOT responsible for this violent sick sad world's problems or the psychopathy problem or the idiocy of some people I never met and what the world does. I have complex PSTD,I did not choose to be raped, bullied ,neglected and such as a kid.
Nor am I "grateful" to torturers who messed my head up.Love does NOT have to teach lessons by torturing and shattering souls if it is LOVE or good.. Out of consideration I do not force "light and love" onto other beings because they might not WANT that.Nor do I guilt trip beings with laying such a terrible burden on them telling them they alone are responsible for every bad thing that happens in this world to themselves or other beings.WE are NOT in Control of EVERYTHING not by a long shot. We have a little bit of control and that isn't reliable...If you believe that you are in so much control try not taking a pee for two days and see how much of a master of reality you are.Ever hear of the just world hypothesis? You got a BAD case of it.
http://www.sociopathic.net/rants/justworld.htmNew age fuck-wads who prattle on about choice and responsibility are really vile spewing poisonous beliefs about reality that HURT because they are NOT TRUE at their core.
yet this narcissistic forgiveness is all about pretending control and denial of reality in a spiritual construct devoid of human justice. So Don't give me this crap about controlling reality if you wish hard enough, that is sickening..
But, none of this changes the fact that reality is absolute. This was what Plato meant when he was distinguishing knowledge from opinion.
Consider Shirley MacLaine's words:
"I really think we are all creating our own reality. I think I'm creating you right here. Therefore I created the medium, therefore I created the entity, because I'm creating everything."
-- quoted by Henry Gordon, Channeling Into the New Age, 1991 edition, p.162
I could legitimately say that I created the Statue of Liberty, chocolate chip cookies, the Beatles, terrorism, and the Vietnam War. I couldn't really say for sure whether anyone else in the world had actually experienced those things separately from me because those people existed as individuals only in my dream.
-- Shirley MacLaine, It's All in the Playing
Here we have New Age subjectivism taken to its utmost limit, or perhaps one might say its logical conclusion. The viewpoint that one is the sole being in the Universe and that all else is an illusion for one's own entertainment is called solipsism. It is such a slippery argument that one really can't disprove it philosophically to someone who stubbornly clings to the idea -- in fact, if a person claims that the whole of "reality" is confined to his or her imagination, then indeed there is little reason to discuss anything at all. But, solipsism is a pretty shallow viewpoint, and following it isn't going to improve anyone's daily life. If your car doesn't start, you won't have much luck if you believe your car works despite the annoying fact that it doesn't -- instead, check your battery, fuel, starter, carburetor, etc. Likewise, no amount of wishing will restore a faulty network connection -- but checking wiring, hardware diagnostics, software configuration, and server function will. People don't "create their own reality"; that's simply not how the world works, and it does no good to pretend it does. People, as creatures endowed with free will, participate in a common reality, one which is governed by physical laws. To a New Ager, that may sound like a dreadfully boring world view -- but reality is incomparable. Life itself is a miracle, is that not good enough? The bare facts are, one cannot change the physical world by mental gymnastics in the way one can do so in a lucid dream. In fact, the Gods Themselves must work within the laws of physics They established -- until such time, of course, as They might decide to apply eraser to drawing board... There is no shame in being wrong about something because of bad data or an unnoticed flaw in otherwise well-reasoned logic; but to abandon reality for self-delusion is a sad cop-out.
