1. I live in NE Oklahoma and...
we have frost warnings tomorrow and Sunday night! I'll be covering up some tender perennials.

3. Blankets or other fabric on top of your plants will help
as I'm sure you already knew. This is what I do when it goes below 0°C for plants that can't take it. Many of the early ones can though.
