Any Master Gardeners Out There? |
|
I have been wanting to take the course for a few years now and was wondering if it actually aids in finding a job working with plants? Does it give you a better salary range? What types of jobs could you find? Currently, I'm a legal secretary, and I keep watching our jobs waste away, never to return, and may realistically need to find a new career in the near future. At the ripe young age of 48, it is not something I look forward to but I figure if I have to take a huge pay cut and go entry level I oughta do something I love. I live in the Dallas area so if you know what kind of jobs one could obtain with such a certificate and or salaries, I'd appreciate your feed back. Thanks!

But more of a hobby for me. I wouldn't think it would hurt though when looking for a job at a nursery.
