As long as they don't actually freeze. Most succulents and cacti are from deserts where the humidity is really low, so it cools off dramatically at night.
It might depend on the individual species you have, however.
I know of my various houseplants, the only things that get really upset by chiling in the low 40's are my anthuriums and my Drumstick Tree (Moringa), which is a small tree from India grown as an herb.
