My red tips have a disease

I understand that its treatable but don't know its name. My fotinas are twenty feet tall. I had around 14 of these around my fence line, but have lost about 5 already and others infected. Anybody know anything? Thanks so much.

1. Lost 10 red tips to something several years ago.

I have no idea what the disease was. I will never plant them again.

I have 2 huge Chinese Photinias that have never had a problem. They blossom in the spring and get berries in the fall. Birds and butterflies love them.
