WhoooHoooo! We've got baby Broccoli

The rain set in a couple of days ago and everything in the garden welcomed it with open leaves. When I walked out for my morning inspection there was a thumb-sized little broccoli head right smack dab in the middle of the bottom plant in the last row. I just about shit with glee. By the time I went back out there after noon all of the rest of the plants had started little broccoli heads about the size of your little finger nail.

With the vision of those little beauties imprinted on my mind all you have to do is say "butter" to get this old fool drooling like one of Pavlov's dogs.

I read the title and was excited for you, cause I'm at the same stage with mine and know just how you feel.

Then I realized you mean actual broccoli, not that you're excited that you finally have a seedling that's an eighth of an inch tall that you can see if you squat down and peer at the dirt for a while. :D
