But I find the political views of Natural News about healthcare so depressing (right-libertarian; against government running healthcare; pro-Ron and Rand Paul). I find them even more depressing when they poke their anti-government-provision, pro-'liberty' noses into parts of the world where governments can't or won't provide the most basic services, and parents, freed from such government 'tyranny', have the 'liberty' to watch one-eighth of their children die from malnutrition and preventable diseases.

A friend of mine actually worked as a nurse in Malawi for a while, and had some horrifying stories to tell.

I find it so upsetting that so-called progressives can endorse such attitudes.
