I'm talking multiplayer, IMO is an oldie... Delta Force 2.
Crappy outdated graphics, but HUGE landscapes and overall fantastic gameplay. I prefer Search and Destroy and Attack and Defend as they require more team play rather than just kills.
Plus the map editor is super simple to use, making new maps is fun.

I've also been playing Call of Duty multiplayer. Headquarters is my favorite.
