| Having a problem with BF2 sigh |
|
Got the game today and it doesnt seem to want to work. I got XP as my OS and a 128 DDR ATI Radeon video card. Lemme explain what happens, so I open the game and I dont see theme and I dont get to a menu of any sorts, does this take a while or what? or is my system uncompatable. I dont have a microphone if that helps any.

and it does take awhile to load up. I, at first, thought there was a problem but I just needed a tad bit more patience. FWIW I run a Athlon 64 939 3200+ WITH A GF FX 5900 128MB DDR on XP Pro.

| 3. Reinstall your video driver, for starters |
|
Make sure you uninstall the old one completely,(Driver Cleaner Pro) reboot and then install the new driver. Reboot.
Defrag.
Check that your computer meets minimum specs for processor speed and graphic card series... ATI Radeon 8500 or greater, 1.7 GHz Pentium 4 / Athlon XP or greater, 512 MB RAM, DirectX 9.0c.
The game scales down to your video card.
Otherwise, check out the BF2.com forums. Good luck.
