2. You're talking original COD? I have it but have to install it. I got

hung up in COD2 and am kind of disenchanted with it. I've heard the multiplayer gameplay is actually better in original COD so I'm intrigued.

3. I got it last year on the cut-out rack and have had a ball.

United Offensive is reported to be a worthy expansion. COD2 has steeper system requirements and I've heard mixed reviews, Brothers in Arms seems to be the better game. On-line COD is just really fun, it's not perfect by a long shot, weapon balance is terrible with the Thompson SMG being a super gun capable of 200 yd. kills from the hip, and is more accurate than the Springfield sniper rifle, again, from the hip, and the Russian PPSH SMG is just ridiculous, but there are various mods out that compensate for this. Most of the maps are good (except ship), and there are plenty of servers. Bunny hopping is still possible, but the recovery time compensates somewhat.
Anyway, if you install it you will probably enjoy it. My name Cpl. Flanker and I can be found on the west coast and TX servers most of the time. Black Squirrel City is also a good server that runs some fun custom maps.

There just aren't that many servers out there for phone-liners. For me, the best to play is as a sniper (except in sniper only games) Broadbanders always have a heartbeat's jump on me.
