Anyone playing BF2142?

I don't know why, but I dropped $40 on it this weekend. I was never a fan of the first series, but this one looked pretty good so I thought, "What the heck."

All I can say is "Wow!" Great gameplay remiscent of the original Team Fortress, with classes analagous to engineers, heavy weapons, scouts, and medics. The ranking system is terrific, allowing you to earn unlocks for upgraded equipment or skills. I've had a lot of fun with it and recommend it.

I just passed a note to PrinceCrown.. holidays are going to be crazy. Traveling, remodeling and gf home for xmas. But come January...

Also on the TS.. I don't know what your internet connection is like or if you're hosting a server.. but we're getting a T1 installed in December for the office. I have no problem hosting TS on there if bandwidth becomes an issue.
