All I want for Christmas is a Wii that works. A Wii that works. A will that works.

Gee if I could only have a Wii that works, I could have a Merry Christmas.

:eyes: :D

OK...here's my story.

I waited in line on release day for a Wii, for 12 hours, to buy the system. Son opened received it from Santa on Christmas morning. The internet would not connect because of a hardware problem. Games worked, though, but I called Nintendo and they sent me a new system.

I got the new console yesterday. Hooked it up. First thing we did was set it up to connect to the internet, which we did with no problem. So we goofed around on the internet and then late last night decided to bowl.

WEll, you guessed it. The SECOND system has a disk drive glitch. Another hardware problem. So I called Wii again, and they are sending me yet another unit.

Lovely.

Has anyone else had Wee problems? Someone remind me never to stand in line again for a first-release video game system.

1. No you know
Sorry to hear about you woes. I anticipated this kind of thing.

Also note that the price will go down nicely within a year.
