https://service.xbox.com/servicehome.aspxThat's the link for Microsoft's XBox 360 warranty service. You just have to have a Windows Live ID (if it was connected to XBox Live it should have one). After you sign in, you enter the serial number on the back of the 360, and they will let you know if you're still under warranty. I mention this because Microsoft extended the warranties of a bunch of 360's (including mine, which I thought was expired)after the outcry over the Red Ring Of Death became too much to ignore. So your xBox may in fact still be under warranty. Whether or not it is,you can schedule a repair directly from this page. Microsoft then sends a box for your 360 with a prepaid UPS label. You send it out, and get your repaired 360 (or more likely, a refurbished replacement) in about 3 or 4 weeks. Just be sure to remove the hard drive if it has one, and any games inside it or peripherals attached to it, because Microsoft won't send them back to you if you leave them in. I hope this helps.
