Capcom announces game that no one will want |
|
http://dvice.com/archives/2011/06/capcom-tries-to.phpTheir theory is that this will prevent a used game sale but... A game that can only be played once? With a single save slot that cannot be reset? Certainly it will dissuade anyone from buying it used but... Who the fuck would even want to buy it new?

1. The game can be played over and over again, it's the unlockables you can't reset. |

Once you unlock something, it's unlocked for good. So you can still play a used version, but all the work will already be done for you, which sucks. I really hope no one buys this game.
On a side note: Capcom has really gone downhill this generation. Devil May Cry 3, Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams, Maximo, Resident Evil 4, and Devil Kings all rocked the PS2. DMC4 was disappointing. Sengoku Basara is fun, but has been simplified from Devil Kings. They have put out some lame shooters, such as Rocketman. I think the only Capcom game I have really loved this generation is Dead Rising 2. I have not played Resident Evil 5 yet, I have been waiting to see it in a bargain bin.
