Deaf Iraqi killed

I posted this on GD, but I feel this is important to post on here so we can be aware of the terrible perils that disabled people face in Iraq. In this case, it was a Deaf man whose sister I've met in the past.

There have been several shootings in the U.S. over the past few years where police shot a deaf individual who didn't turn around or follow their verbal instructions.
