HELP Research of known cases of unions protecting ADA???? First of a kind? |
|
Will this case make history? A union local is close to getting a members job back on grounds that the employer fired the employee in retaliation for an ADA complaint. Is this a first of its type?

for the ADA there is a listing of over 10,000 pages of doocuments for "Settlements". I think you would do better by contacting some of the major Unions and asking them.
The case you discuss doesn't seem to be a case where the Union is supporting the enforcement of the ADA but rather a case where they are supporting the right of a member to file a legal complaint (of any kind) without facing retribution.
