Nonsuiting Medical Malpractice |
|
My soon to be ex-lawyer really mucked up my medmal case. Now he wants to wash his hands of me and my wife. He keeps telling us that it is in the best interest of me and my wife to nonsuit our cases. I think he did something fishy and doesn't want to be on the hook, like I swear the guy sleeps with one of the defense attorneys. we spoke to another lawyer who said we should get an extension on the date for producing witnesses but our attorney refused to do this till we threatened to call the bar. Why would an attorney try selling us on nonsuiting in like 20 emails when we have instructed him otherwise. any seasoned vets out there with plausible insight.

1. People hate lawyers for reasons like this. IMO there is a lot of collusion in the legal profession. |

You really don't know who is sleeping with whom and what kind of handshaking and backslaps are going on behind the closed doors. It a huge scam for profit IMO.

Our current attorney I suspect told one defendant's attorney he would get us to drop the case. Now he keeps asking us who are new attorney will be and we are stonewalling the bastard.

3. Good for you! The biggest liars in the world are lawyers, IMO. |
