| Are you in a homeschool group? |

If so, say a little about it if you don't mind. I'm curious to see the different ways in which this concept is being implemented.
We were in one for a number of years, but we opted out this year (though we'll probably return next fall).
Ours covered all ages from pre-school through high school. The moms gathered in late summer to discuss ideas for courses of study, and then selected the best of the bunch. Each mom taught a specific class to a specific age group for the entire semester. They did some cool stuff like photography, rocketry, and robotics, as well as more conventional subjects.
They met once a week for classes, did a a drama or musical performance at the end of each semester, and sometimes had social functions like holiday parties or picnics.

| 1. Not really, but am thinking of getting involved. |

I have a SIL who homeschools her children and we gather from time to time for projects.
I just signed up for a local "liberal" homeschool group and hope that goes well.
