Will classrooms get to 50+, 60+ kids? |
|
as some estimates have it? With the budget cuts being bandied about, it's going to get ugly - very ugly - in many communities.
For those of you who decide enough is enough!! Please remember that homeschooling IS a viable alternative. It works. It does NOT have to expensive. It's not hard. It can be liberating. It can be fun and awesome and the most amazing process - for your kids - and for you!
This forum isn't very busy anymore, but I can assure you, if you're interested in hs'ing - we'll give all the information, tips, and advice we can.

2. if it weren't for the Spanish |
|
my middle schooler would be, too.
He WANTS to hs, but there's no way he'd be getting the Spanish instruction.
My older son is away at ballet school and doing an online program (pssst - Keystone SUCKS!) but he only cares about the dance, so it doesn't matter.
I just want people who come looking for answers know there are still some people around here. We may not hs now, but I still think it is absolutely the best option for many many kids, and the ONLY option for some.
How're yall doing?

My daughter's art is most important, too - she's into painting and sketching and the like.
Many blessings,

It almost sounds like they need to start over from scratch.
