Anyone here using Earthtones now? How is their service?

I'm mostly thinking Internet service (problems logging, getting help, etc.). But I'm also interested in comments on their phone service and quality.

2. Local not available in LA

So I'm still debating. But their customer service responded to my inquiries almost instantly. Where else do you get that? Here's the email they sent me, I thought it was heartening. (If heartening is a word.)

I certainly will let you know as soon as we get our local service up and running in LA. In the mean time, yes all of our other services are available in your area. Please let me know if local phone service becomes available through Earth Tones in Shreveport, Louisiana. Also, is it correct that I can get your long distance, internet, and wireless service no matter where I live? I'm currently debating between your company and Working Assets. And I applaud both of you on your efforts to be socially responsible companies.
