| We're considering a switch to CREDO for our cell service |
|
I'd assume that there are folks here with experience using them as a provider. Any thoughts and opinions about the service you can give me would be appreciated.
We're on Verizon now.

| 1. Same here. Now on AT&T. Unfortunately, CREDO's carrier (Sprint, iirc) seems to have a pocket of poor |
|
coverage immediately surrounding our neighborhood, so, despite preferring that our dollars go to them, we need decent barage to seriously consider the switch.

| 2. They are my cell company |

My coverage is good, no problems. I'm in northern MI.
It pleases me that my money no longer goes to an org that supports reich-wing causes/polticians.

| 3. I've had them for many years. |

Back when they were still Working Assets. I love it. No billing problems, no service problems, easy to get to a live person when you have to call the company, fast, friendly, helpful service. I live in northern Indiana, but I haven't had coverage problems when traveling either.

| 4. Great news. My carrier and I are coming to the end of the line. Would you mind telling me... |

What the rates are, how you pay them, the minutes, texting, etc?
Right now I have the cheapest I can get and it's a little over $36 a month, but they are starting to drop calls all the time.
They charge $5 to talk to anyone. I'm no longer on contract, so I'm free to go.
But I don't want to have to buy another phone, mine works fine and I have the charger, etc. I've considered going with Trac but my friends haven't had good luck with them.
Any info would be appreciated. Also, I prefer to pay through the USPS, is that a problem?
TIA.
