So where is everyone with the party?

Hey all. I just wanted to check out where everyone in this economic activism and progressive living group was "at" with the Democratic party.
I plan to run for county legislator this year, or work on that campaign.
I am on my local committee.

3. I'm not with the party. And not "not" with them.

I'm not a party person. I'm progressive, and usually support dems; sometimes 3rd party candidates. I've always been independent; just became a Democrat to join in the effort to defeat Bush, and to support the candidate of my choice in the primary. Neither of those efforts bore fruit. I'm still a registered Democrat; where I am with the party depends on where they are with me and the issues that drive me.
