1. I'm to the point where I wish the whole thing was over.

Primary, general election, and, as much as I hate winter, the inauguration of whoever wins. I think it's going to be nearly impossible to turn things around in the next four years. Bush's "difficult" economy is our financial meltdown. I'm very afraid whoever wins is going to find themselves in a no-win situation and limited to a four year term. I don't see Congress rocking the boat enough to turn things around. After all they have their own next election to think of and "pork" is only "pork" if it's going somewhere else.
