I have just started getting "talkative" again... the most recent JRE events have left me without words.

I still check here often, hoping to see how we are all doing.

Ventured back into GD-P tonight - YIKES - forgot what a jungle that was...

Hope y'all are well.

Even with his most recent dalliances I still consider myself an EDWARDS democrat.

2. I miss them too

There were good people who posted here on a regular basis. They became like friends. In the wake of the scandal, people's reactions were all over the place. Some were angry and used this forum to vent their anger and frustration. Some stood by him and criticized the system that brought down a man of his vision and stature. I think some hard feelings came out of all that, and posters felt that the cohesive thread that kept us together was broken.

I for one was angry. While I still have trouble reconciling the flaw that was JE's undoing, the message that he fought so hard to bring to the fore is still honorable and worthy of our respect. For that he has my deep gratitude. He and his family also have my prayers and good wishes.
