When I awoke at 5:00 this morning, my first thought was of Elizabeth. She was an incredible woman of grace and resilience, even in the face of such pain and loss. She will be an inspiration to me for the remainder of my life. I only wish I had been able to tell her so.

I thought of you yesterday. I was so unbelievably sad, I couldn't imagine how you must be feeling.
