Remember Edwards saying questions could be asked on their website?

I remember a thread not too long ago saying that John had told supporters at the end of an event that they could ask questions at the website.

Well, I finally had time to look it up, and and all there was was a form to fill out to join the campaign (which I did sometime ago). PLUS... it requires an address, which most of you know, I DON'T HAVE. (Are homeless people not welcome?)

Besides that, all there was was a phone to campaign headquarters. Not only do I not have $$$ for a long distance call from a pay phone (!), but we all know questions left at a campaign headquarters die there. (Yes, I know, because I've tried it. :()

Yes, I'm disappointed, but I'm not posting to complain. I'm posting this because I really want to know how one can actually get through either to John or Elizabeth.

I'm discouraged about his lack of mention of people like me, and I really want to know, before I volunteer, where he stands on this. I've been disappointed too many times, and this is important to me.

Please... no snark. I'm down enough as it is.

1. Fill everything out that you can,

and put "No current street address" in the address space, then fill out the city, state, and zip where you are currently located. You can explain in the comments section.

Or try sending it without the information, it might not be a required field.

I hope things take a turn for the better for you real soon. I'm sending good thoughts your way for a better 2008 - we all deserve it.

2. Under the "About" heading, there's a contact us choice.

I don't know whether or not John or Elizabeth see what's sent there. Also bobbolink, I have a blog account on the Edwards '08 website (I haven't posted anything there yet). If you'd like to write something - tell your story and express your concerns, I'd be happy to post it there on your behalf.
