I learned something last night - |
|
I learned that the Iowa caucus showed us that Clinton is NOT inevitable, and I learned from last night's NH primary that winning in Iowa DOES NOT translate into a BIG WIN in NH. Just thought I'd put that out there!
Go, TEAM EDWARDS, GO! 48 more states to GO!

I've ordered a couple of John Edwards bumper stickers for my car. I'm also going to order a bunch of stickers to distribute around my city.

We have them on our cars and I think it's helping - I do get comments, positive ones to boot.

....I'll put up one of my vintage truck's rear bumper. It's a 57 model and it sports a red, white 'n blue paint job. The rear bumper makes it plain that a ragin' progressive drives it!
More than one time I've watched from a distance as people are first engaged by the cool old truck, and then start to pay attention to all the stickers on the huge rear bumper! LOL! I have had folks comment to me about the stickers from time to time. Since we live in a staunchly conservative area, you can imagine what the comments are! The best one was one day when I returned to the truck to find a note under the windshield wiper. It said - in reference to the sticker that says: I think, therefor I'm a Democrat! - "So, you're probably thinking we need MORE taxes and welfare handouts! Great!" :grr:
