Hey does anyone here know what would be the easiest country to become an expat in?

It seems many countries don't want us Amurikanz and I can understand why! Just wondering if anyone knows.I am thinking of relocatong in a couple of years, or sooner if things change. I don't have the money right now and i have obligations but I would like to know where to look at least!
I checked into Ireland but they are tough unless you have a grandparent.I have great grandparents so no dice!

2. I've been considering Canada

I posted in the Canadian forum and they were fantastically helpful and directed me toward all kinds of good info. If you search for my posts there, you'll see a lot of good stuff.
