...i love going through old clips and sharing them. there's SO many of lena, posted on youtube.com long before her passing. i've gone looking for her clips previously. loved to hear her sing, and watch her perform. :loveya: she's amazing!

good for you--getting through the song w/out tears. i know i wouldn't have managed that.

:( she was the last of our jazz singers/performers from that era...you know like ella fitzgerald, dina washington, etc. (sigh)also one of our last entertainer/civil rights activists. though belafonte's still with us (bless him).
