Tyler Perry's new home
and he bought it as a tear-down!

This house was on the market at one point for $40 million, but he only paid $7.6 million. It has been on the market for 17 years.

That's the ugliest/weirdest thing I've ever seen.

And I'm confused because it says that the home will be demolished??
