that youre more likely to get arrested if you're black in the first place, because Ive never heard about white celeberties being pulled over before and questioned if the car they are in is there, but yet theres many stories about that happening to black celeberties though. I think its like this though, you're more likely to get shit on by the police if you're poor period, because after all Gideon in the case Gideon Vs Wainwright was a poor white man. So I think it just sucks to be poor if youre dealing with the police period.

searched, detained, arrested, convicted and given a harsh sentence. it's EASY to be seduced into thinking otherwise because of a few high-profile cases involving wealthy black men. as many have mentioned, if OJ and MJ were just your average black man, both would have likely been found guilty, regardless of the evidence, or the lack thereof. that is called "business as usual," and it's what many american still expect as the norm, but fail to see as a pattern (of racism).
