WESTFIELD, Ind. -- Sanford Kelsey and Thomas Williams have some customer service issues with Papa John's.
They filed a lawsuit earlier this fall, after an employee at the Village Park Plaza store portrayed the two black customers as gun-toting bad guys in a 911 call for help.

"When they got home, they were met with a massive police force and were told that Papa John's said they had tried to rob the place and had brandished a weapon," said Indianapolis attorney Arend Abel.

Two of the last 3 times I ordered the delivery guys were extremely rude and freaking out about the door not being answered as quickly as they liked. The final time I called and placed an order. Got all the way through the order and someone called me and stated the Papa Johns doesn't deliver in my area anymore after dark.
