Ahh, racism in King Kong to do the 1930s proud. |
|
I wondered how they would do this. Turns out they took the darkest people they could find and portrayed them as complete and utter bloodthirsty savages, devoid of anything other than evil.
I guess it is needed in the movies though, nobody would ever believe that white people could be bloodthirsty, sacrificing, savages.

1. I was wondering if Jackson would stick to the film's racism. |

His excuse will probably be how he needed to stay true to the original film. Thanks for the heads up, I'll be skipping yet another one of his films.

This was a comment by someone on the IMDB message board regarding the movie "White Chicks". Now I assume this person is white but don't know for sure.
by - munkeeguy (Fri Nov 25 2005 14:11:22 ) Either the white guy was drunk, or blind, or Marlon is lying. He didnt look like a white chick at all, he looked more like a gorilla with pale make-up and a blond wig. He couldnt hide his big lips and enormous brow ridges.
