First Day of Kwanzaa: Umoja - Unity with GLBT activists
Just a heads up for anyone wanting to help build a coalition of support between the GLBT community and the Black community. If anyone knows of any specific evens I will cross post them to the GLBT forum as well...

Friday, Dec. 26:
First Day of Kwanzaa
The first day of this African-American holiday is dedicated to the principle of Umoja - Unity. Reach out to our African-American brothers and sisters to create unity rallies and other examples of solidarity. Support GLBT African-American activists and organizers. Work hard to bridge the divides and build understanding between our communities.
