According to a (thankfully) few folks here on DU, despite the fact that the bill was passed under the presidency of Barrack Obama; despite the fact that the bill is referred to as The Obama Stimulus Bill; and despite the fact that every bit of criticism or praise of the bill will be delivered in some way to the top, which is Obama, somehow we are not to take away from this comic in any way that the chimp lying dead in the street is a symbolic representation of our President.
