I still miss Michael Jackson.

As the year comes to a close, I wanted to reflect on him. I didn't want to post this in DU Lounge, because someone might try to act stupid. But I still miss him so much. I still can't believe he's gone.

1. I have to say, I do too.

I've been playing Earth Song on Youtube alot since he died. Every single time I play that song, I get upset.

We were watching a 2009 recap on tv last night and his death was of course one of the top stories. My husband surprised me by saying that he still gets "sad" when he thinks about what Michael went through in his life and was still touched by his death. I completely agree.

2. exactly, same here. I do the same thing, I think about

everything he went through. His was still an unfinished life, you know?

3. Me, too. Still feel sad... Grew up with him, his music. From my generation.

Granted, I've long felt that the Michael Jackson I grew up listening to has, in a sense, long been dead. And I don't know what to think about all the.... charges.

But, it's surreal that he is gone. I'm still in awe of his music and miss him, too.

4. He was such a talented man.

His life was cut short, definitely gone too soon.
