Britain Investigates Iraqi Abuse ClaimsNovember 14, 2009

LONDON - Britain's Ministry of Defense says it is investigating some 32 allegations of abuse involving soldiers who served in Iraq.
The allegations include rape, torture and physical and sexual assault against Iraqis.
One claimant alleges he was raped by two British soldiers in a detention facility while another 14-year-old boy claims he was forced to perform oral sex on a British soldier. Others allege they were striped naked, abused and photographed.
Female British soldiers are also alleged to have taken part.
Armed Forces Minister Bill Rammell said Saturday formal investigations are underway.
