Speech on the environment/global warming?

Didn't somebody post on DU saying that Gore is giving a speech some time this week? Does anyone remember this and have a link to the details?

1. It's by invitation only, so there's no pre-speech publicity

It is supposed to be on Global Warming, but it's not clear whether this will be the same Global Warming presentation that he's been giving for the last year, or whether it will be a new speech.

I also seem to recall someone instigating (!) us to call cspan for coverage and my having done that -- if I am not mistaken it was scheduled for the 16th or the 17th...(possibly to coincide with the Kyoto taking effect?)
