al gore will appear on CNN: The Situation Room, where he will make an announcement regarding the 2008 election, this afternoon.

After presenting his campaign for the environment to the UN, Al Gore will head off to the Situation Room at CNN to be interviewed by Wolf Blitzer. The Situation Room begins at 4 p.m. EST.


i'm guessing he will either endorse one of the PRESENT democratic candidates, or,

CNN knows that Gore brings in viewers. They're using him as a tease to get more people to tune in. They do it all the time.

even as a teaser so I don't think he is making any big announcement. If he was they would want lots of press for it. I read earlier both him and Bill were at a meeting at the UN together today. Thats what the global warming blurb was about the meeting he is in.

Al Gore may yet decide to enter the race, but it seems unlikely to me that he'd announce it on an afternoon politics program on CNN. Surely a special press conference would be more likely.

God I can't stand that guy and I can't imagine Al would pick him for any announcements....they just went to break after saying they are talking about Iraq money again when they come back and that will take till the top of the hour...how long is his show on?

I don't watch CNN anymore...just Keith and sometimes Larry King if he has someone good on.

at what's going on. But, I still see him as "watching and waiting." He knows what the M$M can do to KILL a DEM CANDIDATE...he just doesn't want to go through that abuse. I think he's depending on US/WE who support him to get the ball rolling...and we are trying but ....every day there's more shit....
