1. I work in Cobb County and live one county over in Cherokee County.
This is redneck Georgia and I would not dare admit that I am an atheist. I've only told my closest friends.

3. That was actually a good policy even in Massachusetts
and here in NM I'm firmly in the "I'm-not-religious" ghetto.

Few people know the awful truth and it's a lot more comfortable that way.
