Is it just me or is everybody completely misinterpreting that video? As I see it, it's a comedic satire attempting to make a rather barbed point. The way I see it, Silberman is either trying to say that we give all this money to religious leaders (all religious leaders) and then we wonder why there are hungry people, or she's saying that we all spend money on frivolous things, and if we just had our priorities straight then we could feed all the hungry people.
Am I wrong? I just don't see it as a concentrated attack on Catholicism, or even the Pope.
